আর্ট কলেজের অধ্যায় শেষ। এবার সম্মুখে প্যারিসের দিনগুলি। ছবির দেশ একটু একটু করে বিস্তারিত করছে তাঁর দেখার চোখ। ভাবনার রসদ গ্রহণ করছেন শিল্পী। কী আঁকব, কেন আঁকব, এই চিন্তায় আবদ্ধ হচ্ছেন তিনি। প্যারিসের রাস্তায় রাস্তায় ঘুরছেন, দেখছেন সেখানকার বিখ্যাত চিত্রসংগ্রহালয়গুলি। খাতাটিতে যখন যা ভালো লাগছে সব এঁকে রাখছেন। লেখক অরসন ওয়েলসের পোর্ট্রেট এঁকেছিলেন, তাতে রয়েছে লেখকের স্বস্নেহ স্বাক্ষর। লন্ডনে হেনরি মুরের ভাস্কর্য নিজের তুলিকালি দিয়ে এঁকে রাখছেন খাতায়। যাত্রাপথের আনন্দগানে মুখরিত এই রেখাচিত্রসমূহ।

By then, the Art College phase was over and the days in Paris lied ahead. The land of art and artists was gradually extending the horizon of his perception. He was procuring provisions for his thoughts and ideas and getting engrossed by the consideration of what to draw and why. He wandered along the streets of Paris snd visited its famous art galleries. He started making sketches of anything and everything whenever and whatever he came to like. He made a portrait of Orson Welles which was fondly signed by the writer (?) himself. In London, he made a number of sketches of the sculpture of Henry Moore with ink and brush. These sketches are filled with the delightful melody of an artistic journey.
